We were impressed with her on the first meeting, as she is very personable and comfortable to be around. She also queried us as to what our search criteria was so she could target our search. 'then she went to work targeting our search for a property to purchase. It was the most enjoyable experience working with Kathleen that I have ever experienced with a real estate agent! And having been involved in 4 real estate transaction in the last six months, I can unequivocally say that Kathleen proved to be the "cream of the crop", comparing all relators I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family or closest friends (or to anyone else) if they have needs for buying or selling real estate in the Greater Black Hills or greater Rapid City area of South Dakota.
