I'm Abigail Weaver, but you can call me Abby if you like! I was born and raised in Northeast Tennessee. My favorite thing is building relationships, which means spending time with people in my life is my favorite hobby. I've been married for 12 years to Jordan and we have a rascal of a shih-tzu named Jax. I love to sing, work in the landscaping at our home, and travel with my husband whenever we get the chance. For over two decades, I've focused my career on helping people and serving my community. Practicing as a licensed REALTOR® gives me the daily opportunity to make a direct impact on an individual basis, by walking clients through the major transactions of selling and buying real estate. Buyer reviewThe home buying process can be a stressful experience, especially in a highly competitive market with low inventory. However, working with Abigail Weaver was nothing but enjoyable. Who knew our realtor would end up being our favorite person in TN? Every showing, we witnessed Abigail's vast knowledge of real estate. She was always ready with a flashlight pointing out the good and bad aspects of each home with our best interest in mind. We left each visit feeling taken care of. Her immense patience and kindness as well as a great sense of humor helped us along, even in the most discouraging moments when we were beyond ready to find a home. Abigail remained encouraging and assured us the right home would come along and it did. With her incredible negotiation skills we were able to secure the home of our dreams. Buyer reviewI can't believe how helpful and knowledgeable Abigail Weaver was. She went above all expectations to answer my numerous questions about the property and negotiate the price in a way that I felt was fair but also looking out for our best interest. By the end of our time working together I was referring to her as the best agent East of the Mississippi and was serious about it. This was our fourth purchase over a 20 year span with four different agents. Each purchase went smoothly but no one worked for us as hard as Abigial did. She is dedicated to the business but even more dedicated to the people. There was never any pressure or frustration, she just showed up smiling every time we met. Simply the best and made us feel like her top priority even though we could hear the phone buzzing from others in need. I can't say for sure, but I bet they felt like her top priority as well.
