Seller reviewBill Fanning exceeded all standards of excellence. He went above and beyond with the sale of our property. It was a very challenging sale with both the condition of the home (not good) and my sister who made Bill's job extremely difficult. Bill's temperment was perfect to appease my sister who was residing in the home during the sale and making unrealistic demands. Bill and his staff were very patient and accomodating. The sale was very unique given the circumstances. Only an experienced Realtor like Bill could have pulled this off. Bill deserved much more than his standard commision given the circumstances. I wish Bill Fanning lived in Arizona where I reside and could be my realtor for future transactions.
