Seller reviewThis sale was difficult for me personally because I was selling my sister's house after she had died unexpectedly. There was quite a bit involved in clearing the house and cleaning before it could go on the market. Brenda was there every step of the way. She was patient with putting the house on the market even when it took longer than we had hoped. She did such amazing pre-marketing of the house with other agents that the house sold within four hours of going up on MLS--for full price, cash, no contingencies and closed in less than 30 days. She had clearly helped us price the house correctly and knew the market so well that everything happened fast once we could sell the house. She was kind and compassionate as well through this difficult time for my family. We highly recommend Brenda Turner for anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Crossville area.

Buyer reviewBrenda was always available and a step ahead in terms of being on top of details and moving the next step forward in the process. She was great at finding out details and in keeping us abreast of what was going on at all times. She never inserted her opinions into trying to move us toward or away from any property, which i greatly respected. She truly left it up to us, but always could answer any questions or information needs that we wanted explored further. I am probably not the easiest buyer to work with and somewhat exacting in details, but Brenda never flinched in terms of thinking anything we asked or wanted to know more about was unnecessary. I cant say this about previous real estate experiences in terms of home buying, but i felt that she always had our interest at heart, and i cant say enough about her knowledge and attention to detail. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking in the Crossvilee area, and i expect to work with her again in the future.
