Buyer reviewDenise Lyons is a TOP NOTCH realtor! As a recently widowed 68 year old grandma, I needed someone with patience, knowledge, enthusiasm, trustworthiness, and understanding. Denise was a perfect match! I think her number one personality trait that appealed to me is how UNSELFISH she was. She even gave up precious time with her out-of-town visiting relatives (including a toddler grandson) to show me a home. She is a self-motivated, tech-savvy, negotiating "networker" who I witnessed getting along well with the many people involved in my real estate transaction. From the mortgage loan officer, the seller, the seller's agent, and the home inspector to the HOA association property manager she was dynamic! Denise was constantly communicating with me via phone, text or email. She kept me apprised and "in the loop" every step of the way! She was always patient in the numerous tasks we navigated together. There just couldn't be a better realtor than Denise! What a blessing! She is #1!
