Gina Swanson is an excellent real estate agent and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. In the beginning of the process she prepared a very informative portfolio demonstrating how she would market our property. It included helpful information about selecting a realtor, what she would do to represent us if we were to select her, examples of possible proceeds from the sale of our home, etc. She was well-spoken, well prepared and very thorough! Gina is extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about various aspects of her job. She helped us with MANY things throughout selling our home, such as helping us find a company to do our pest inspection, an electrician to ground our gas line, etc. She also has a knack for thinking outside the box when tricky or unique situations arise. She's quick to propose solutions to issues as they come up which helped alleviate any stress or anxiety for us as sellers. Gina was also very prompt will all communications and information. She did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way. We were first time home sellers with some apprehension and many questions about the process. Gina quickly earned our trust and was quick to answer any and all questions throughout the process. She was very good about communicating with us about showings, offers, our property inspection, etc. She also went out her way to bring closing documents to us at our convenience as well as our proceeds check immediately after closing. Gina is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and we felt she did a great job helping us price our home which in turn brought several showings and multiple offers. We are very happy we chose her to be our agent and we will absolutely recommend her to friends and family!

Gina was everything we could have asked for in a realtor and more. This was our first time buying a home together and she helped walk us through the process step-by-step. Gina was patient and thorough in helping us first narrow down what we really wanted and then strived to help us find the home we were meant to grow our family in. She was encouraging without being pushy, yet honest with the pros and cons of each house. When we were finally ready to make an offer, she worked tirelessly to make it happen (even late on a Saturday night!). My husband and I cannot speak more highly of Gina. We meet her at an open house just days before my due date. While we weren't interested in that house, we found a gem in Gina and asked her to be our buyer's agent. When we did find a truly perfect home, Gina was able to negotiate the best deal and help us through the home buying process as we were first-time homebuyers. We were able to get so much more home for our price range than we ever thought possible. During the closing process a tragedy struck our immediate family. Gina was there for us to help in any way possible. To us she is more than an amazing real estate agent, she has become a part of our new little family. We are so grateful for the care she has shown us, and how hard she has worked to make our dream a reality.
