Seller reviewKelly was the perfect broker for the sale of my parents' home in Cape Coral. She had deep knowledge of the area, the types of buyers that we needed to attract, and what we needed to do to attract them. It was easy to work with Kelly even when I was traveling and living in other areas of the country. She responded to my texts quickly, and patiently answered or researched my questions. The market was quite volatile during the time we were selling the house, but I was able to rely on Kelly as the consummate professional throughout the process.
