Seller reviewI liked Kip right off the bat. He has a kind and positive attitude. Very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area. Gave me options and never pressured me into making decisions. I felt very confident and comfortable throughout the whole process of selling my Dad's home. Kip is very professional but I also felt like he was a friend. I would highly recommend Kip to others and feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to be represented by him. Kip did an amazing job handling all aspects of the sale Kip is an all around good guy... very likeable!!! Thank you for a job well done!!!

Buyer reviewKip has great local knowledge and was very patient and helpful. We didn't present as typical home buyers so a lot of agents turned us down because they thought we weren't serious. Kip gave his time and help just because he is a nice guy. We would definitely use him again.
