We quickly had a relationship built on trust, respect, and a shared sense of humor. Throughout our buying process he continued to bring his A game. It's refreshing to work with an agent who won't comprise their integrity to make a quick commission. Steven's knowledge of the local market and commitment to his clients is unmatched. Steven was easygoing and never acted pushy or inconvenienced by my calls or request. Steven was always eager to give me a good experience that was grounded in reality. Most all issues we encountered were realized after closing, and Steven has been there for us 100%. I never expected a realtor would work so hard for a client after closing (the majority of Stevens work for us has probably been post-closing). I will always have great things to say about Century 21 based on my experience with Steven Hoffa and couldn't recommend him enough to others. Thank you Steven!
