Buyer reviewTom was awesome to work with. He was incredibly helpful and made our transition from out of state very smooth. When we couldn't be present for most aspects of the purchase, he was willing and able to facilitate walk throughs (some virtual) and inspections for us and with contractors. Also, his communication with the selling agent was great, assisting with all manner of negotiations. Thank you Tom for making this process as simple and easy as it could be!
