She was able to get an offer written in a time crunch, and guided us on what a winning offer would look like. With her help, we beat out multiple offers, even a large cash offer, and won! Laura went above and beyond with helping us as out of state buyers - she offered FaceTime calls to tour the house, another FaceTime for us to do a final walkthrough, and made sure everything was squared away for us when we finally move in. Because of Laura and her amazing team, we can finally start living our dream as homeowners in Carmel! We truly can't thank her and her team enough for everything!
