Buyer reviewMy husband and I have known Kim Schneider and her family for a long time. When she went into real estate and we were in need of real estate services we contacted her. We knew she would be very helpful as we knew her to be dependable, trustworthy, reliable, and would be committed to assisting us in our search for properties She sold us two properties in 2022. Kim possesses all the qualities of a great business professional. We especially appreciated her willingness to make the process of finding properties easy for us by going to view properties on her own and reporting back to us as we were often out of town. Kim worked very hard to answer any questions about our properties that arose. She was extremely quick to solve problems and get back to us with answers. We were not in the area when we were looking for properties and she went above and beyond to check out many properties for us and report back to us her findings. Kim Schneider made the whole process of finding properties and getting to the settlement table very easy for us. We would use her again and recommend her to others. We found her to be an excellant realtor.

There were many obstacles in this real estate pursuit, and he worked though all of them. I could not have custom ordered a better realtor than Kazy Tauginas. I consider myself most fortunate to have worked with him in this process. She never once wavered even when we were having a difficult time getting our offer accepted. When I wanted to give up and accept less than what I wanted she wouldn't let me. She knew the distance I was coming from and accommodated my schedule every time. She even took videos when I couldn't make the visit. I can't say enough good things about her. She is an asset to your organization. Would refer her to anyone I know.
