Buyer reviewicalled Corey thinking he was the listing agent for a house Pending . He called and said he needed to know what I wanted I told him and he called home owner back Who had removedf the House from listing and presented them with our offer with not needing financing so didnt need appraisal or inspection etc etc. after a day they accepted and we closed 4 days later I will highly recomen Corey and his ability and his enthusiam but most of all he has a pashion for what he is doing and you dont see that often in todays main stream thanks , Rich Atwell

Buyer reviewMy wife and I made a good decision when we asked Landon Badiac to help us to acquire the house next door and make it our new home. Our two story, full-basement house had become much more than we needed, and our neighbor's single story, no-basement house was quite attractive to us. We told our neighbor that if he ever decided to sell his house to please let us know. A few weeks ago he did just that, much to our delight! With Landon's skillful guidance in regards to the necessary paperwork needed, we were able to buy that house with a minimum of effort on our part. The transition has been very smooth and orderly. We found everyone involved with the purchase to be very professional and pleasant to work with, regardless of their position in the process. Now our main issue to deal with is how we handle 38 year's worth of accumulated 'stuff'! We have already closed on the 'new' house and made it through that big stack of paperwork with ease!
