Suzy was very knowledgable about all of the aspects of the home buying process. Suzy knows the area well and was able to pick out key issues that would need to be resolved with regards to needed repairs. Suzy made me feel as though I was very important and took the time to explain everything in detail to me.

I will never be able to work with any agent that will top the experience of this process with Suzy. She was fantastic Did I say how great Suzy was Suzy was the sellers agent and I was the buyer but I came into this land purchase process with little knowledge and lots of questions. Suzy was there for me this whole process with prompt replies and she went out of her way just for me on more than one occasion. If I ever sale you can know for sure I will want Suzy. Also if you are looking to buy and see Suzy's name as selling agent you can rest easy because even then she is so great to work with. Thank you so very much Suzy. Btw, my friend had also a year or two earlier bought property where Suzy was sales agent and he told me she was great to work with.
